MY WAY
So far my life has been an exciting one and I hope to still have a long way in front of me. It led me from my country of origin Russia to Zurich, from being an architect to becoming a photographer and then yoga teacher. What remains constant is my love for movement in its every expression - moving forward in life, moving my body, moving people around me. Inspiration is my moving power - everything I do starts with an inspiration.
Teaching experience
By beginning of 2024 I have taught around 300 group classes and accompanied four individuals in private lessons.

Even if most of my classes take place in studios, a part of them were taught hybrid or online, and some outdoors.
​
Aside my regular classes, I substituted various teachers in studios Bubble Yoga, Downdog, Templeshape, MyYoga and Fitnesspark.
​
Most of my classes are in my speciality Hatha yoga, but I also teach Power yoga, Ashtanga inspired yoga, yoga on a chair and yoga for seniors. Even if I don't have specialization in pregnancy yoga, I have experience with pregnant students.

My particular interest in yoga practice lies in the breath, introspection and exploration of the self.
