What awaits you in my group classes

As yoga teacher I:

hold space for my students

give them instruments

encourage them to explore.

 

Yoga asana practice is for me not about perfection of the shape, but about inner state of awareness. In my classes I teach to move consciously to your breath and become fully present in your body. I will not make you do the splits and handstands, but will show you the way to become more strong, balanced and resilient in your body and your spirit.

Breath guidance throughout the class

(except in Yin Yoga)

No music, so you can focus
on your own presence

Clear verbal cueing and
some soft hand assistance

(I ask permission to touch you in advance)

Every class ends with shavasana
(final relaxation),
a short pranayama
(breath exercise)
and some moments in stillness
